If you are a crocheter, you'll probably recognize the Elise Shawl.
I've made this shawl several times already, but it stays  a nice  pattern to make.
My own design edging gives this shawl a unique touch.

I've used  3.9 Oz Merino wool and 3.5 Oz pure cotton.
While crocheting, I joined the two thin strands.
I used hooksize 3mm, so the stitches were very small.
The skein Merino needed to be winded ( did I spell that right ?)
oh man o man ..
asked my hubby to keep his arms up.
I definately want a skein-mill for my birthday !
It doesn't work with my husband :P

I've never written down the pattern for the edge, it's in my head.

Many crochetholics will have come across this picture. A phototutorial is included. But a finished item, made with this diagram : no, never seen it.

Dus ik piekeren. Wat kan je ermee maken ? Onderstaand mijn creatie :)
So I kept thinking what to make with it. Below is my creation :)

Een simpel vestje krijgt zo een bijzondere uitstraling. En het is niet veel werk. Mijn beschrijving van het patroon staat hieronder.
